  "Beyond Excellent Customer Service" is what I received from this store. The store representative named Roq, was very professional, courteous, kind and patient in helping me with a mattress & boxspring. The service was so efficient that I would recommend this store to everyone I know. I was able to get the mattress & boxspring on the same day. The Mattress & boxspring was also excellent quality.   Terrible customer service. Too high price marked on price tag and advertising they will give discount. Hinting customers buy one type of mattress because they have extra left over and cannot be sold out.
