- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆August 01, 2020, by Van TaylorAlmost a Macy’s for Virginia Tech gear. They sell textbooks, computers, etc for college students. Very rare for them to be busy from what I’ve seen, but they have good service and a good selection of things. Since they’re affiliated with VT, they sometimes hold events such as Beamer Ball signings, where Frank Beamer, former head coach of VT Football, comes down and autographs whatever gear you want him to sign.
